Scientific Officer Physicsjob recruitment in Shiv Nadar University.
Education Qualification: Ph.D. (Physics/Materials Science) with 3 years’ experience, OR M.Sc. (Physics/Materials Science) with 10 years’ experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To develop and maintain research and teaching lab facilities at Physics department.
2. To develop new experimental capabilities.
3. To maintain and run advance research instruments under the department.
4. To conduct lab classes and training programs on advanced research facilities at the department of Physics.
5. To maintain and troubleshoot Lab instruments.
6. Assist to complete project work of students.
7. To be engaged in teaching and conduct lab evaluations.
8. To meet with vendors for demo and purchase new equipment.
9. To supervise teaching and research lab operations.
10. To participate in various departmental events like symposium, workshop, conference etc.
Key Skills:
1. Good communication and writing ability.
2. Hands-on-experience in teaching and research instruments.
3. Ability to perform research and development.
4. Computer programming.
