Name of the project : ICMR Research Project “Cell wall components of probiotic lactobacill as therapeutics for amelioration of inflammatory gut diseases” under Dr. Sunita Grover, Head & PI, DM Division NDRI, Karnal.
Qualifications : M.Sc/M.Sc (Hons)/M.V.Sc/M.Tech Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences.
Desirable : Preference will be given to candidates having a minimum of one year research experience in the area of probiotics or probiotic foods along with hands on knowledge of routine techniques in Animal Tissue Culture/Molecular Biology and Microbiology like handling of bacteria, DNS and RNA isolation, PCR and Real Time PCR/Protein purification/Small animal handling etc.
Emoluments : Rs. 31,000/- per month (Fixed)
Age limit : 30 year on the date of Interview for Research Assistant.

Qualifications : Postgraduate degree in basic sciences (Microbiology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences) having qualified NET (CSIR/UGC/ICAR/ARS) or Graduate degree in professional course (Biotechnology) having NET (CSIR/ UGC/ICAR/ARS) or Postgraduate degree in professional course (Biotechnology/Dairy Microbiology).

Qualifications : Master's degree in any one of discipline/ Subject Agricultural Extension /Veterinary Extension /Dairy Extension/ Agribusiness Management/ Dairy Economics/Livestock Economics/ Agricultural Economics/ Economics/ Agricultural Sciences with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification.
Note: Nature of work working in field with farmers.
Desirable: (i) Good knowledge/proficiency in computer application particularly use of MS office and SPSS/SAS. (ii) Field experience in Agriculture & Social Sciences (iii) Proficiency in data collection.

Desirable : 1.Proficiency in computer application particularly use of MS office and SPASS/SAS. 2. Field experience of data collection will be preferred.
Emoluments : Rs. 16,000/- per month fixed

Qualifications : M.Sc/ M.Tech in Biotechnology/M.V.Sc in Veterinary Gynaecology & Obstetrics/ Life Sciences in any one of discipline/ subject with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification.

Qualification : Ph.D degree in any one of discipline/ Subject Microbiology/dairy Microbiology/Food Microbiology. OR M.Sc/M.Tech degree in any one of above mentioned disciplines /subject with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/ Training /other engagements.
Desirable: Quite good knowledge of English language, word processing, internet searching.
Emoluments : Rs. 40000/- per month + HRA as applicable for Ph. D and Rs. 38000/- per month + HRA as applicable for Master Degree with 2 years experience.
